Preparing Hawaii

Why Hawaii. Because it’s a destiny who everybody dreams of? Not only. More an “organizational” issue: we wanted to spend our parental leave at the time when our second born can do a little bit more than lying around. Being born mid November 2018 the latest moment was October 2019 – it’s the time when the winter starts in Europe. So the only destinations with two small kids where for us (having in mind to spend most of the time at the beach) somewhere Asia, Caribbean or Hawaii.

Starting researching prices for flights we realized that the flights to Asia are also quite expansive. The accommodations would of course be a little bit cheaper in Asia but in our opinion there are more possibilities to do on Hawaii because of its beautiful and varied nature.

But also of course it’s a destination everybody including us dreams of ?
